until llms, computers had to be instructed with perfect 100% clarity using the unambiguous grammar of a programming language because (obviously) the ambiguous grammars of human languages become the problem. as you may imagine, this is pretty hard because perfect clarity is pretty hard to establish. (tangentially, especially so in a business context, 100X especially so in a large enterprise).

ai doesn't change this, and this is the trap waiting for the unsuspecting new vibe coder who thinks they can now code using agents.

code was never the hard problem. code merely enables defining exactly what you want with 100% clarity.

getting to perfect clarity is the problem.

Every CEO signing $100 billion data center contracts right now is making a bet that history may not honor.

Nadella: “We are one sort of innovation away from the entire regime changing.”

Right now, every major player is running the same play.

More data. More GPUs. Bigger clusters. Same architecture.

They’ve convinced themselves scale is destiny.

They’ve convinced themselves the biggest balance sheet wins.

They’ve convinced themselves this is a resource war.

It’s not.

🏥 ❌ Max Hospital PAT ₹1392cr, Fortis ₹1588cr, Medanta ₹956cr, Apollo ₹1446 with EBITDA margins of over 20%. They make zero margins on OPD (100% goes to Dr. as fat salaries). Hospitals have hired highly qualified doctors as "sales agents" to sell their beds basically. Sad state of affairs in large private hospitals. Some (most) Doctors are doing disservice to their noble profession. Opinion built over last 5 years of visiting numerous doctors and hospitals. They convert patient's sufferings to fat profits. Rant over.
