@TfL I have been charged £17.80 for a journey that, according to your website, should only have cost me £5.80. I tapped in and out and still been charged this price. How can I get this investigated and the difference refunded?

@davenevans @AnonJ68 @The_TUC We do have adequate ventilation and extraction systems. We have access to running water. The simple fact is that as soon as you have multiple appliances that generate heat in an enclosed space excess heat is going to be a factor. A union is not going to change that.

@AnonJ68 @The_TUC I know exactly how you feel. 30-35 is a regular occurrence in our kitchens. We can’t all disappear home and leave the kids unfed because it’s hot.

@ThomasCookUK we were told by email on 11th May that we needed to get in touch to change lead booker. Can’t get through on phone spent hours on hold and call drops, I can’t get result on messenger or email. Tickets not answered. This is shocking service!

So it is now the 23rd. Only had emails from you promising to call me, which you don’t. And last night one telling me@I have to ring in to@make the change. The problem is you don’t answer phones!!! Where is the customer service with this company!!!

@ThomasCookUK I have twice tried to get through on your customer service phone lines waiting over an hour each time, before the line goes dead at 5pm. I am trying to change the lead booker of a holiday but I can’t get it done. Emails are not being answered satisfactorily.

@LBofHavering Its also worth noting that this is a picture I believe to be taken in Bedfords Park, the deer aren’t penned in Dagnam Park like this.

@LBofHavering Dogs don’t have to be on leads over Dagnam Park. They have to be under control, and not pester wildlife, but this does not mean on a lead. It’s a very big park. There’s plenty of room for everyone.
