@Anna_Kat_73@ronnieagabajr It doesn't work. Too many people hate LGBTQ people. Also we tried to be straight. It has led many people to with commit suicide or suffering Anxiety and depression due to suppression their identity and lose their faith. Become Atheist or Agnostic.
@DustinFreemanTX@AlexToughTakes Being LGBTQ is not a sin. It's a part of who a person is. I was prayed over by my pastor and I am still Gay. I suppressed myself. I'm now in therapy accepting who I am and more happier. I have faith in Christ has improved greatly.
@Neverbysight@AlexToughTakes Deliverance doesn't work. I'm exibiht [sp] A. I was prayed by my Pentecostal Charismatic Pastor years ago I am still Gay. Many LGBTQ went through deliverance services only to realize their sexual orientation is still there. God's love is unconditional. Christian are conditional
@JamesTr39114525@brshepardsbbs Did Matthew Sheppard choose his sexuality? No! What's he engaged in temple prostitution ? No ! Was he was pederast?, No. He was just a Gay man created by God and was killed for it. That's it.
@God_Nationalist@AlexToughTakes Would you prefer that Alex marries a straight woman who he cannot for her intimate needs to be accepted the by the Church? Or how about celibacy? The Evangelical Christian Church don't provide emotional support, friendships, even involvement in the life of the church.
@kittycatcurie@TevinMacharia Great. But how long with that last? Her sexual orientation doesn't die. She suppressing her sexuality. She could wind-up in a sexless marriage and be very unhappy with her husband.
@GothKing@tanpukunokami You're right. But it wasn't the case. For more than 1500 years Christians forced salvation to non Christians everywhere it's only the last 100 plus years or so that Christian stop forcing people to believe in God & Jesus &the Holy Spirit.
@LionAmidWolves@AlexToughTakes I see. So he should marry a woman , that he has no sexual desires for. Fantasize having sex with men so they can children, and to be accepted by Christians . Right. Christians love gay people with conditions only. Yet we taught to love our neighbors as ourselves unconditionally
@LepcomD@AlexToughTakes We do take up our cross ever day. Some LGBTQ Christian live a celibate life with no help, no very little love, and acceptance and no understanding. Do you know anyone celibate Christian struggling with their faith, do you and your church including them, in church events ?
@LepcomD@AlexToughTakes I am sorry to tell you there many LGBTQ Christian. Many of us prayed to Lord to make us straight. Many of us repent for being LGBTQ in the hope to be straight to no avail. Many married straight people only destroy the family they loved. Other tried Ex-Gay ministries nothing.
@BasedInMeme@disntr I lived celibate years. Being prayed over in my former Holiness Pentecostal Charismatic church, I did not become straight. I considered the Ex-Gay route. Until Exodus International leadership admitted that ex-gay ministries don't work. Period. I have from anxiety+ depression.
