@SkyBet She's not a twitter user. Is there a contact number that she can ring? In addition to contacting your support team she emailed your complaints team today. She received 2 emails Saturday night saying that an account had been set up. We've been trying since then to resolve this.

@SkyBet it appears that my partner's email address has been fraudently used to set up a Skybet account. It is proving impossible to resolve this with your support team who keep asking her for the account security details. She didn't set the account up!
