Laws on immigration are there for a reason right? People like her not meeting the requirements are a regrettable side effect. Let her go back and try to land a job for a Japanese company remotely so she might try again in the future. I wish governments in Europe took it as seriously as they do there.
@FroogeEL@Lady_Tarnished@shinobi602 That’s a much better explanation than just saying I was wrong. Apparently the guy calling the shots at Bluepoint really pushed Sony for picking up the project. It was their call and initiative and a bad one.
Except Bluepoint themselves didn’t have a f*cking clue what they were doing? They made a bunch of bad choices on where they wanted to go, having been given free reign. They cost Sony an incredible amount of money annually and they didn’t produce anything. In the adult world that gets punished.
@toxicbuthonest@DarnellTheGeek@LASHYBILLS If an adult, in 2026, doesn’t know what weed is or even does, they’re a simpleton. This guy is a software engineer so he knows full well he’s being purposefully retarded.
@NuCaloric “Essential”? A lot of developers lay off non essentials when they’re starting a new project. Like you don’t need play testers if there’s nothing to play yet. Nor do you need people running and testing servers.
@betty_egg Think about server managers. IT security. Testers. Do you need those when you’re back at the drawing board? Of course not. Few years into the development of a new game and they’ll hire again. That’s how the cycle goes.
