@BattleAxeVR Hard pill to swallow when 3090->4090 was nearly 80% uplift in performance with better efficiency regarding power consumption and cooling with nearly identical cost vs 4090->5090 being 15-30% increase performance and less efficiency increased cost
@1marcelochi@AndrewYang Low propensity male voters are voters who are in fact registered to vote, but simply do not. Whether it’s effort, interest, political belief etc doesn’t matter, it’s just registered voters who historically do not participate in casting a ballot
@DennyCloudhead @KevinBr95853902 @Heaney555 Agreed that the fidelity will start to get closer over time, but the depth of the gaming experience will need to improve for standalone. Which is why a lot of us who play pcvr are drawn to flat2vr
@Ridge_XR@Heaney555 Played on 2060 super, 3080 ti, and 4090, the beginning area is always stuttery, the rest of the game is essentially flawless. can’t comment on the controls, it was always point and click for me so I’m not sure what changed
@nchan do you plan on reviewing the viture xr pro soon? This has been the best peripheral for my steam deck, hands down. Hope you get a chance to try them and share your impressions!
@pvncher @KroyVR @edgarsoft@NoMansSky I think the lack of OpenXR is part of the issue, but I’ve played NMS on 3080 ti and 4090 and my experience is the same, stuttery and poor performance overall 🤷♂️ I would argue that NMS is probably one of the least optimized well-known PCVR games
@IrregularExpr@Heaney555 @KevinBr95853902 @SadlyItsBradley Yeah, the part that’s seldom discussed but is arguably even more important is latency is greatly improved using display port instead of usb-c streaming or wireless
@Ssacress@JohnForrester @whitegh0st42 @NoMansSky Yeah harvesting isn’t usually a big deal in games as that’s a pretty common and usually engaging gameplay loop in like grounded, valheim, etc. it’s just dragging and dropping moving things around constantly in and out of menus in NMS
