@Uber@Nuna_USA You can “reserve” it and maybe the driver will show up. Or maybe they won’t, like when I tried to reserve an Uber, but they never showed up and left me and my friends stranded. Omg if I had been stranded with my child!!
@Uber And their resolution to leaving me stranded when Uber cancelled my confirmed reserved Uber black is for them to give me 20 Uber dollars. So if you miss your flight when the driver cancels on you at the pickup time, no problem-you’ll get $20 bucks to use on your next ride?? C’mon
@Uber This is misleading. You’re not guaranteeing a ride with reserve, so you can in fact miss your flight by using this service. I know bc my CONFIRMED reserved Uber black never showed last night-you cancelled our car and told me to reorder but no cars were available. #strandedbyuber
