@tailor_vishwa@Bell_Support First I got a call from Bell saying service was restored. So I reset my modem. Still nothing so I call the rep said you are impacted by an outage and it will be July 15. I’ve asked to register a complaint with the ombudsman and written my MP for better regulation.
@Bell_Support This is laughable. The outage tool doesn’t work during a multi day outage. You miss every repair deadline you have communicated. Missed late afternoon/early evening timeline yesterday by a mile and don’t provide update till this afternoon.
@AndyBugelli@Bell_Support Well when I walked by this morning there was only 1 truck left and not a worker in sight. So how hard are they really working to resolve? When I talked to them yesterday they said they credit for each day lost. But I’m missing work deadlines so a 3 day credit doesn’t cut it.
@Bell_Support Still no access but doesn’t exact look like we are working around the clock anymore. One day 3 of no service and we are down to a single truck with nobody in sight.
@Bell_Support@MarkJCarney@PierrePoilievre where are the government requiring resilient operations from our internet providers? Seems like a non partisan issue that people can agree on. These are essential services and a 3 day out is unacceptable. This is impacting livelihoods.
@Bell_Support I needed to work this weekend! I have deadlines that I’m now going to miss! This is impacting my performance and pay. You contibue to not communicate and post false deadlines. Yesterday you told me 11 pm. I had a panic attack when I woke up this morning and still had no service.
@surim0n@Bell_Support I contacted them they are saying 11pm for my neighborhood. It’s outrageous. Mind you their outage site still says it would be back between 1-5pm yesterday.
I have spent over 2 weeks trying to track down the tickets I purchased from @SeatGeek. They say it’s a 3rd party error and will give be a credit. Try to spend the credit but it only works if I spend more money! I should have been offered a refund but this is outrageous!
