@parcelforce Your claims process is ridiculous. I paid over £100 for a parcel to be sent to the US. A week later it was returned to me and the claims process is impossible. I just want my postage cost back so I can send my package with a different provider. Never using you again.

Day 2 and another strike. @UMG removed the strike and put my Cars video back up (thank you) Now @sonymusic has given me a punitive copyright strike on a video that was blocked last month. @PaulSimonMusic is one of the greatest songwriters of all time. Sad to see.
