@clearSNR@behindthenet I'm not trying to put words in his mouth but I think he means that YIMBYs would love to develop that land but believe it to be impossible.
@ScratchTakes@tomm1i Most of the stats I've seen since the Packers brought in all of those free agents show the Chargers now have a worse OL. Also QJ has not played like a solid player this year, and QJ and Tre have both missed games. Jordan Love is playing great but I think his situation is better.
@tomm1i I agree that despite drafting Alt the OL has sucked, but that's with him uncharacteristically missing a lot of time. Maybe, if he was healthy and developed more, the OL could be top 24 rather than 32 since last year. I like Nabers more now, but it's still early in their careers.
@paulpattersonff I would guess prospect mainly. But Hampton has also had some flashes last year and is playing in a terrible situation this year, so you could write off some of his struggles this season. Chargers also have a higher ceiling as an environment long term with Herbert vs Mayfield.
@BijanBurner@white4three His play this year is terrible, not just not great. But, I still agree that letting a 6 game sample completely overwrite years of top 5-10 play isn't very smart, especially when the situation is as bad as it is.
@atabss Just because of Hampton's talent, he will have upside. Unfortunately, it's not just a scheme/workload issue for him, he hasn't looked like the same player we saw in the first few games of last season. Even if McDaniel is fired, I'm not sure if Adam Gase or Shane Day are upgrades.
@Tha_Frederation What would they gain by firing McDaniel now? The team sucks with or without him. The Spanos' are paying him a lot, and there's still a tiny chance he makes changes and figures out something and he stays next year, that chance doesn't exist with Shane Day or Adam Gase.
@DisastroMan I personally don't think that way, I was just saying I don't find their beliefs absurd. I agree that a lot of this discourse is definitely way too pretentious.
@Sick7two@AdobeWanKenobi_ He only has 5 less carries than Mitchell, Herbert and Vidal combined just to let you know.
80 - Hampton
35 - Mitchell
29 - Herbert
21 - Vidal
@PopBase The point of the sheds in the first place is for construction debris or building erosion I believe. Wouldn't be a great idea IMO if that stuff was deflected onto the street with cars, bikes, etc.
