Explanation:
Paid for $150 service

Jan 22: card is complete and ready to be shipped

Jan 29: I reach out cause I still haven’t received tracking or ANY email or charge, they respond and I decide fine ill be more patient

Feb 4-5: still nothing, so I’m pissed and reach out again , they respond saying they’re doing something so it ships out quickly and that there was an issue charging my card (there wasn’t) and they need authorization and they sent multiple emails (they didn’t)so I respond authorizing they charge my card (accidentally put a screenshot twice instead of the correct one)

Feb 6: still no charge so I inquire about it , no response.

Feb 10: I file another email asking the wtf is going on and they responded saying to wait 3-5 business days from when the authorization happened

Feb 13: still nothing, I send another email and they respond trying to gaslight me about when the timeline for the 3-5 business days started (feb5)

So yep I’m being annoying now, idc.
