Continuing to find my perfect balance of hydration and fermentation. Open crumb but not too "holey" and lots of fermentation blisters and tang. That's *my* "perfect baguette" anyway... Now I just have to nail the recipe π Making progress and getting closer! #sourdough#baguette

Well that's interesting... @instagram decided that the bread scoring video I just posted "contained 31 seconds of copyrighted material" !? It's bread... that I filmed. And now there's no record of it even being blocked. It appears in my account but not in anyone else's... π€·πΌββοΈπ€¬
