The AMAZING @AmericanAir canceled my 5am flight at 8pm the night before. Moved me to a flight that doesn’t work. Phone tree called me back at 2am and left me on hold for 30min before I *went the fuck to sleep* so I can drive myself to Florida. #FuckAmericanAirlines
