A beautiful video from a train where a man is asking passengers an Islamic question. He asks them to name the Prophet whose name ends with the Arabic letter Noon and has only one dot in his entire name.
After a few attempts, one of the passengers gives the correct answer, which is Prophet Harun (Aaron). The man then congratulates him and gives him a small reward as a gift.
This is such a wonderful and heartwarming way to spread knowledge and bring smiles to people's faces. 🙌❤️
It is said that the young man seen in the photo, whose name was Ahmed Abdullah, worked as a pharmacist in a pharmacy.
Every month, an elderly and poor woman would come to him to collect her medicine.
After receiving the medicine, she would go to the cash register where he sat.
Whenever she saw him, her face would light up with happiness. For years, she had been buying the same medicine, and this young man used to charge her only 200 Egyptian pounds. She would pay and leave.
Then one day, the young man passed away.
The elderly woman returned to the same pharmacy, asked for her medicine, and went to the cash register to pay 200 pounds.
But he was not there.
Before she could ask about him, the new cashier said, “What is this, ma’am?” She replied, “These are 200 pounds for the medicine.” The cashier said, “But this medicine costs 2,000 pounds, ma’am.”
Shocked, she said, “But for more than three years, I have been getting this medicine here for only 200 pounds from that young man who worked here… where is he?”
The new cashier replied, “He has passed away, ma’am. May Allah have mercy on him.”
When the records were checked,
it was discovered that the young man had been paying the remaining 1,800 pounds every month from his own salary.
When the pharmacy owner learned about this, he decided, for the sake of the young man’s pure soul, to continue giving the woman the medicine at the same price so that it could remain a “Sadaqah Jariyah” (continuous charity).
To honor this wonderful young man, the least we can do is share his photo across the world so that people may pray for mercy upon him.
May Allah forgive him and grant him a place in Jannatul Firdaus. 🤲 Ameen.
He truly deserves appreciation.

There was a young man in the time of the Prophet ﷺ who was overwhelmed by his desires (lust). He came to the Prophet SAW and, in a moment of honesty and struggle, said:
“O Messenger of Allah, allow me to commit zina.”
A lot is happening 💔💔💔

Hello Lola, I am a Muslim, and our spiritual tradition has a very deep approach to raising children. I want to share some tips from our scholars that will be beneficial to you regardless of your faith.
First of all, our theology teaches the concept of Fitrah. This means that every child is born with a pure heart. At six years old, she is not a criminal mastermind. She does not have a wicked soul.
If she doesn’t have all these, then what is happening? The truth is that she is just lacking impulse control and testing boundaries. By this, if you look at her as a manipulator, you will fight her. However, if you look at her as a pure soul making mistakes, you will be able to guide her.
Secondly, for every problem anyone faces today, it has been solved in history. The only problem is how to locate them.
A classical scholar named Al-Ghazali wrote about child psychology over 900 years ago in his famous book “Ihya Ulum al-Din.” In his section on disciplining children, he gave a practical rule I want you to adopt going forward.
He advised that parents should never push a child into a corner where they are forced to lie. When you ask a question you already know the answer to, her survival instinct kicks in. She cries and she lies to defend herself because she is scared of you. Stop interrogating her. Just look at her and state the fact. Say, I know you took this, and we are going to return it right now.
Again, another scholar and sociologist Ibn Khaldun addressed this exact behavior in his masterpiece titled: “Al-Muqaddimah.” He warned that when a child is raised with harsh punishment, they learn deceit, trickery, and lying to protect themselves. This is why she is covering her tracks and crying to manipulate you. The fear of a harsh reaction is making her a better liar.
Lola, do not attach a label to her. Do not ever call her a thief. If you attack her identity instead of her action, she will internalize it and grow into that dark label. Tell her the action is wrong but protect her dignity.
Make her return the item. Do not fall for the tears. Hold her hand, walk her back to wherever she took it from, and make her hand it back and apologize. The discomfort of returning a stolen item teaches a much better lesson than beating her will ever do.
Finally, I don’t know if you are a Muslim, but never underestimate the power of your own words. In our faith, we believe the prayer of a parent for a child goes straight to God without any barrier. Pray over her. Pray for her heart to be content and for her character to be straight.
Keep doing this consistently and the habit will break.
Allah knows best.
May Allah forgive our Brothers and Sisters who we once shared this timeline with.

It's a sad story behind this distress sale.
This brother reached out to me for a loan of 1.35 million and is ready to give me the original papers of this van as collateral. Undertakes to pay 210k weekly and ready to provide guarantors but I don't have the money to loan him ATM. He needs the money to pay the outstanding balance of his installments which is due in 5 days. He was involved in an accident which made him bear unforeseen cost of repairs.
He couldn't get a riba-free loan so he resorted to sell the van instead. The van is his means of livelihood and it saddens me that he has to take this difficult decision.
I am putting this out here on the off chance that there is someone who is able to loan him the money. There is a structured repayment plan (and guarantors on request). He is in Lagos. Wallaahi I don't want him to sell the vehicle. I would give him the money even if I didn't have twice as much.
Kindly repost, perhaps someone could be kind enough to help.
Wa alaikum salaam. Amin to your beautiful dua, may Allah bless you immensely for that. Be assured that your prayer is absolutely still valid.
If you and your spouse are praying together and your hands mistakenly brush against each other, it does not invalidate your Salah or break your Wudu. You do not need to panic, stop, or repeat anything; simply keep your focus and continue your prayer. According to the majority of Islamic scholars, an unintentional touch without desire has absolutely no negative effect on your purification.
The definitive proof for this is an authentic Hadith recorded in Sahih Muslim where Aisha reported that:
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: "I missed the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) one night from the bed, so I searched for him. My hand fell upon the soles of his feet while he was in prostration; they were upright, and he was saying: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your anger, and in Your forgiveness from Your punishment, and I seek refuge in You from You. I cannot fully praise You; You are as You have praised Yourself.'"
Because her hand physically touched his bare feet in the dark, and he continued his prostration without stopping to renew his Wudu or restart the Salah, this serves as absolute, undeniable proof. A simple, mistaken touch between a husband and wife does not ruin the prayer.
Allah knows best.
Today anti-Zionist activists attempted to cut the Gaza border fence, to break into the largest concentration camp in the world. This action is in solidarity with the strike by the dockworkers across the Mediterranean, protesting against arms shipments to Israel.
Over 500 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since the beginning of the "ceasefire". The genocide has been so normalised, that it barely catches headlines anymore. This must stop. There must be a full embargo.
Debugging a large React codebase - especially unexpected state changes and component re-renders - can be tricky.
So you'll often need to use more innovative debugging methods, like using a small but powerful utility function.
In this guide, @LaVieDeGEORGE teaches you how to debug React state updates without polluting production.

Reciting Surah Al-Mulk before sleep saves you from the punishment of the grave.
Imagine a surah spreading its wings like a flock of birds to shield you in darkness.
Now imagine you share this & just one person acts upon it…
What could be more preserving than that?
سبحان الله 🤍
