@lalitgrateful Start a Small Business - write down all his expertise - then decide. Tell AI to do a market study.

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

@Harrietta420 @edandersen Well it happened in early 2000s too. Most of us hit rock bottom. We Americans are a resilient bunch! There is always opportunity somewhere just for you.

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

@AbendStarr @AvgLibSoc Do not give up hope. Be creative. There is plenty for everybody. Look outside Tech too. This is what we did in early 2000s after hitting rock bottom.

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

Is your Small Business listed in LocalBizNetwork?

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

@EnterpriseGro @CulturalAlan Pick a business according to your skillset - you will figure it out after falling down a few times. Still worth it!

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

@TimesNow 60,000 people hitting the lottery to start their own Small Business! Congratulations guys!

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

@barnabasdotexe Dotcom Greybeard 😂😂😂. Good one! I would say start your own Small Business and YOU be an employer! Americans were never good employees!

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

@polydaic Since 1999 actually 😁! Tech companies do Spring Cleaning and Winter Cleaning on a regular basis.

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

@JasnDavid Yep! Great opportunity to get out of Tech and start your own thing. This is like hitting the lottery! 60,000 lucky chosen ones!

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

@HealthRanger Well they need to improve on MAI - they are losing out to Claude in the Enterprise sector. They are ‘re-structuring’ from ground zero now!

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

Microsoft AI (MAI) needs to improve a lot.

• Worse Than Competitors: Despite its massive total size (~1 trillion parameters), MAI’s active footprint (35B active parameters) causes it to lag behind smaller, highly optimized models.
• Poor Coding Scores: In independent reviews, developers on platforms like Hacker News and Reddit note that MAI-Thinking-1 and MAI-Code-Flash underperform compared to rivals like Claude or DeepSeek on developer benchmarks like SWE-Bench.
• The "Clean Data" Tax: Because Microsoft strictly banned synthetic AI data or distillation from superior third-party models during its training, the model essentially had to learn from scratch. This pure approach makes it much harder to reach top-tier benchmark scores efficiently.

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

@edandersen Option 2: Sell it to the Americans 😁.

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

@olateeman Pink slips were always given Monday mornings and before holidays! It’s very ‘American’. Take the package and start your Small Business. You will not regret!

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

@AutismCapital Exactly! Take the money and run! Start your Small Business. Control your destiny.

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

@FloppyBenchAI Great opportunity to start your own Small Business. Control your destiny. They used to do this in NASA all the time - nothing new!

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

@Heyitstephanyy There was no AI in early 2000s. They still laid off more than this. At that time there were a lot of suicides. Hope this generation is brave. Take a deep breath and re-invent!

[LBN @LocalBizNetwork]

@reedgalen They will all become Small Business Owners, and control their destiny, like they did in early 2000s.
