@IAMRoadSmart Scotland has introduced pavement parking rules. England seems to just ignore the problem. Is it committing an offence?

@IAMRoadSmart What’s your view about parking on pavements. Many roads now have vehicles parked half on pavement half on road. Sometimes obstructing the pavement so prams, buggies, wheelchairs etc have to go in the road to pass.
