during the first 5 years of the 12 they were in what people call "Active" development of RDR2, then after RDR2 and it's initial patches were sent out we as gamers know this phenomenon since it's so hard to understand, pre-development stopped, and GTA 6 entered "Active" development. 7 years - not 12 years, stop spreading misinformation.

how is it even considered a downgrade? combat is clunky because (dev build we weren't supposed to see, physics are still being worked on clearly, UI is placeholder, graphics already are better than 5, Jason seems to be a decent character, karma system (reminiscent of honor) cars have indicator lights, witnesses can report clothing, appearance, and vehicle.. 6 star returns.. anyone who says this is a downgrade is kinda delusional.)
