@UPS I was just on the phone with someone and they literally put me back into your automated system of hell that no one answers on and I’m back to square one. Why is it impossible for your customers to get through to speak with someone?

@UPS Has to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to get through to someone for over 5 days for a refund on an overnight package that they where not able to deliver next day as I paid for it. How can someone get any customer service????
