So pleased to share that Lumen Global Majority Award Winners @RusselHlongwane, @FrancoisKnoetze and @Amy_L_Wilson_ of @lodeffilms, have won an Award of Distinction at the S+T+ARTS Prize Africa @ArsElectronica for “Dzata: The Institute of Technological Consciousness”.

In fabricating a fictional institute and its archive, the artists imagine centuries-old vernacular technological practices from across the African continent.
