The psychiatrist has been giving me a multi-part psych evaluation. After every step I go home and do some research, only to find out that the tests aren't even that accurate. So that is a fun thing to be paying for. Results are coming this week

Even if you don't have a reason to see a therapist you should still probably see one because the worst time to try and find a good therapist is when your life is falling apart.
