@CollinRugg New Mexico has 3/3 Reps in the House who are Democrat. Nebraska has 3/3 Reps in the House who are Republican (it was like 60/40 breakdown in favor of Trump). Not a strong argument here. That being said, both parties guilty.

@BradRTorgersen Depending on how tariffs are implemented, they shift buying behavior at home - the goods getting taxed become more expensive, so people will buy national products instead. It can protect industries if done right, but if done wrong starts a trade war where goods become expensive.
