Hey Alito,
Lemme help you out.
The government (a secular entity) provides marriage licenses.
The government is not a religion.
People are free to practice their religion themselves. They are not free to make others practice their religion.
A church can still choose to host a gay wedding as a private entity.
A government official serving the public cannot.
That does not impede upon religious liberties.
It upholds it.
Because the way you best uphold religious liberty is ensuring no one else has the right to force their religion on to you personally.
You are free to be hateful, outdated and backwards.
None of us have to go along with that just to accommodate your personal beliefs.
What bullshit. Religious people have liberty to marry as they wish. This quack is effectively defining “liberty” as the right to deny other people the same rights they have. I have my issues with several justices, but Alito and Thomas are the worst.
President Trump suggested Ohio could receive less help from his administration if Democrats win in November.
“If you put in Democrats, I’m less inclined to help you,” Trump said at a rally in the state.
NEW: In an attack ad against US Senate candidate Sherrod Brown, a woman accuses him of pushing transgender surgeries on minors "like her."
As it turns out, she isn't from Ohio and didn't have surgery until she was an adult.

BREAKING: Bernie Sanders, AOC, and Jeff Merkley are introducing the Ban Flock Act.
This bill would effectively put an end to AI surveillance cameras that track Americans.
The Ban Flock Act would prohibit federal agencies from using automatic license plate readers (ALPRs) and block federal funding from state and local governments that use this technology, making it untenable for these AI surveillance cameras to continue proliferating across the country.

Tonight, I signed an executive order appointing Attorney General Letitia James as special prosecutor in the Cornell sexual assault case.
New information has raised serious questions about how this case was handled, and I’ve lost faith in the Tompkins County DA’s ability to fairly oversee it.
The young woman at the center of this case deserves to know that every fact will be examined and justice pursued.
