@LOCONGAMER01 This looks less like a "Best" female game character list and is instead a "Hottest" female game character list. Oh wait, they're the same thing to this generation of gamers, aren't they?
@AkirasParadox Come off your high horse, dude. I played all the classic games back in the 2000s and even I can admit that the remakes of 1, 2, and 4 are vastly superior. RE3 Remake can fuck off forever but the others are near perfect.
@Angrily_Upset@spidey_zilla "Comic accurate" is an interesting choice of words. Not Hispanic nor a Luchador, isn't an addict/victim of Venom experimentation, has no vendetta against Batman himself, is a lackey for the Al Ghuls(which didn't happen until later), and is completely evil rather than misguided.
@HenryHarper523 My parents have told me that it was literally the greatest thing they had ever seen on TV at the time. It's beloved by the people who grew up with it, but obviously, it's outdated by today's adaptations. We do need more capeshit, though.
@BatmanNotes TLH is the definitive showcasing of everything Batman is in one story. The psychology, the ambiguity, the positive AND negative effect Batman has on Gotham, the mystery of the case itself, and much more. Year One is a perfect starting point but TLH is the gold standard PERIOD.
@Shauner222 I actually have the exact OPPOSITE opinion. I like Year One a lot but imo it's pretty standard in terms of an origin story. It shows all the things we expect from Batman, but not much else. The ambiguous nature of Long Halloween is still interesting and it's fun to theorize about
@theSAMUrai_1@Bruce_Wy94 Because neither Rocksteady nor WB Montreal are made up of the same people that used to make Arkham games, so a new game has a slim chance of actually being good.
@BatmanRouges Venom(Eddie Brock) is my FAVORITE Marvel character. In my opinion, his only adaptation that adapted him perfectly was Midnight Suns. There are some other good ones, like TAS, but there's WAY more awful ones. Casuals love the idea of Venom having LESS depth for some reason.
@justnyxs Can someone genuinely explain what makes Ellie a better character than Clementine other than popularity? Considering the whole premise of Joel and Ellie's relation was (objectively) ripped off from TWD, and Clem got 4 games instead of 2, how is Ellie more liked?
@Bruce_Wy94 I'm guessing everyone who is saying "why does it need a remaster" are console players because the PC version runs like complete dogshit. Since they're not going to go back and patch the game, a remaster is very necessary.
