@Meds79 @t0xmmy2 I think you'll find Scots were pretty heavily involved in the foundation of America, both in the Declaration of Independence and creating the constitution. The Declaration of Independence borrows heavily from the Declaration of Arbroath.

@siIversparrow Visited the Belvedere Museum. Knowing my love for Klimt, my gf asked me if I wanted to see The Kiss. "Oh, I'm not really bothered.". Ended up standing in front of it in tears. It's one thing seeing it in a book or a print, but nothing prepares you seeing it for real

@SomeAreDead Had to get a new passport picture last week. £10 and all I got was 4 identical pictures of an old man. It even provided me with a digital download of the old man. I don't know how to get a refund.

@RepJackKimble Gregory's Girl was filmed in my home town. Our paper boy can be seen in one of the football scenes. My sister was walking by when they were shooting a scene, but looked down the lens. Be cool sis, you coulda been a star.

@luluphooey Just looked at my check ins. Spatif was cool, very much a "press buzzer" dive bar place. Bunker was also good, if you like dancing in a WWII bunker. For basic drinking there is Pijalnia Wódki I Piwa. Was delighted there was one in Berlin, but that wasn't as cheap.

@luluphooey Yeah, went about 7 or 8 years ago. Great city. I'll have to search my memory banks for recommendations. One that springs to mind straight away though is Malbork Castle.
