@virginmedia currently haven't been able to leave my drive for nearly 45 minutes as been blocked in by one of ur vans. Can't find what house they are at. I need to pick my children up! It's dark and icy out and my kids can't get home.

3 days trying to get hold of my doctors surgery. @MaltingsSurgery. Currently nearly an hour in after already sitting on hold this morning and the line going dead. Government need to help gp surgery's who are obviously struggling with the amount of patients & not enough resources

@TUIUK absolute horrific customer service from you 24 hour line. Our son has chicken pox and we are in lanzarote. Need help on what do. Got asked what is chicken pox and if he could still eat chicken? Then is it an emergency to get on next flight when he won't be able to fly!t

@HM_Passport I'm trying to get through and keep getting hung up on. I sent 4 child renewals on 4th April 1 is already at printing. The other 3 are saying please send documents what where signed for on 13th April. I know its a manual process but it's nearly two week & not put on
