@kjgillenwater @Chris_Smth Exactly. Had similiar story. Realtor couldn’t find a home we liked not even close. Found one myself just driving through nice neighborhoods. Set up everything and bought it. He did paperwork and collected his commission. Bs

He said he was going to dinner and we’d do it in the morning. I drove to home anyway and talked to sellers. Set it up and bought it. Still ended up paying agent. BS
