@lyft Hi - Our driver got into an accident while picking us up (before we were in the car) and asked us to cancel. I did and then got a credit for my cancellation fee. I’d like a refund since I never took the ride. I can’t find help on the app. Can you help?

@CenturyLinkHelp Hi. We’ve been trying to set up service. After many calls, we were told you don’t service our new neighborhood (but our neighbors have service?) We gave up, then you sent us a bill for $200 & when we called you disconnected us after 25 min. Help?

@AppleSupport I got a new Apple Watch and it no longer counts my exercise minutes. Kind of discouraging. I’ve re-calibrated and tried everything I could find on support. It seems like it’s an issue with how the watch is counting exercise now?
