JEs with Diploma in Engg in MES are being promoted to AGE (Gr-B Gazetted) in about 10 years only. Whereas graduate Engg SSEs in IR are retiring in same level as appointed. IR is the worst employer for technocrats, I guess @airef_official @RailMinIndia

Upgradation of group c Engineers in Indian Railways must be considered duly keeping nature of duties, fortunately We are joining railways after completing B.E or Diploma struggling holl life in same group c and Unfortunately most of Engineers are retired as same
