@ZoomCarIndia no response to customer complaint. Customer care phone number only puts users on hold for hours or go in automated menu loops. Worst company ever.

@ZoomCarIndia Worst customer service. Delivered us a dirty car, punctured tire, 5% fuel. After the trip charging us for low fuel, car pickup at 1.30am instead of 11:30pm, no customer care response, useless app. Dont use zoomcar! #worstcompany #badservice #dontusezoomcar

@ZoomCarIndia Customer response is not reachable at any point in time after 10's of calls and waiting for long for someone to answer. Zero response. After the trip the pickup person came at 1:30am in the morning instead of scheduled 11:30pm disturbing everyone in my family

@ZoomCarIndia A Dirty car was delivered with a punctured tire. I had to get the tire fixed as soon as I left. Your rep said, get car washed and fixed and upload the receipt. I have attached the fuel level image when car was delivered. It had fuel for only 35 kms. I am charged 1000 Rs for fuel

Bad product from @ICICI_Direct Please don't register for the global investment option. The portal doesn't work. Access and the product are completely broken. Facing issues for a month just to access the system. There is no support. @Icicidirectcare
