@JHBWater We’ve been having problems with this leak for years & it’s been “fixed” a few times. Now we’ve been logging calls & asking for help since the 10th March & no one is assisting: Reference No CSDFMC0343885.

The water is damaging our boundary wall & it is starting to crack

@JHBWater 8006632391 I have called repeatedly for someone to come check and it’s getting worse by the day. The water is running into our complex, causing cracks in walls and leaking through the paving in the driveway. People are digging holes and find water on their gardens.

@JHBWater Ref: 8006632391 this is the 3rd time this pipe has burst outside our complex. The last time your technicians were here they said that it’s not going to help because the pipes are so old that as you fix one spot another one will open & the whole road needs to be replaced
