近日，一个家长跑去复旦大学副教授沈奕斐直播间，哭诉孩子被“校园霸凌”。

沈教授问能不能举几个例子。

家长说，自家孩子给同学分零食没得到回赠，和同学拌嘴，互相推了两下。

沈奕斐挺客气地告诉她，这不是霸凌，你陷入“受害者逻辑”了。

之后，这位家长以侵犯隐私为由，要求沈教授下架视频，被拒绝后，又拿出两个月时间，挨个��报到复旦的纪委、宣传部、教务处。
罪名一开始是“侵犯隐私”（视频明明做过变声匿名），后来扩展成“影响本职工作”“直播卖课”，沈奕斐为此事写情况说明都写到没法正常上班。

5月21日，沈教授发视频硬刚小学生家长，表示坚决不会撤掉视频。
