@notdanilu Include how much they consume in alcohol. When I explain how I weigh out my champagne under calorie restrictions, the eye rolls follow. They refuse to acknowledge the disorder that compels them to eat 4k calories during breakfast when their physical output = 🕵🏽‍♀️ for a📱 charger 😭
