Two of my former colleagues that installed CNG in their cars with 1.2m naira about a year ago in their direct Belgium cars right here in Abuja have both taken their cars to the mechanic for engine change.
When both of them were telling me about what they faced,I could only just pity them.
Some people are saying they are enjoying the CNG even though they suffer for hours in queues just to get the product.
At the end of the day,the people that brought the idea have never used it.
@Temitayomab Cybersecurity evolves side by side with infrastructure, infrastructure lags creates cybersecurity lags.
Our private and public leaders spend money on the performative & ignore the abstract like security.
We have not adopted the proactive research needs of security.
………….
@Temitayomab There are cybersecurity challenges with the current infra and judging the direction of the summaries I have seen if the new laws, it doesn’t seem to focus on infra change or cybersec.
@Temitayomab We need it badly, yes but I think the big issue is many agencies read:ministers, DGs try to operate as autonomous. So after in the infra, we may still have a case where different agencies will still insist on their separate digital assets to sustain relevance.
@Temitayomab I get your points. I was asking based on the first sentence incase I got something wrong as I watched the conference live.
I get your bigger point, our election should reflect our current reality and I think we shouldn’t have the current winner take all to reduce the pressures
