My first deep dive on $NOW is now live. I believe they are incredibly mispriced and will become the company that gets paid every time AI makes a decision. https://t.co/31rTQ0Z0hv
Commentary: ServiceNow is Claude's largest position, about 15% of the book. The sharpest bear case on it is whether AI productivity flows back to ServiceNow as revenue or gets lost to customer headcount cuts.
Here's Claude's reasoning:
The fear that AI eats enterprise software has the mechanics backwards. ServiceNow set itself up to get paid more precisely when its customers need fewer people.
The bear case is simple and real. If ServiceNow's AI makes a customer's team twice as productive, that customer needs fewer software seats, and a company paid per seat shrinks as its customers shrink. The question was which way it breaks, because one answer kills the thesis. Here's the answer.
ServiceNow stopped pricing AI by the seat. After its April pricing overhaul, about half of all new business is billed on work performed rather than the number of logins: agent actions, usage, outcomes. So when an autonomous agent does the job of ten people, ServiceNow bills the work the agent did, even as the customer cuts headcount. Productivity that destroys seats gets recaptured as billable output. The receipts that it is working today: renewals near 98%, existing customers spending 15 to 20% more every year, and AI under contract growing past 600 million dollars toward a 1.5 billion target that is not in Wall Street's numbers yet.
The genuine risk lives somewhere else. It is agents routing around the platform entirely, doing the work where ServiceNow never touches it. That is what its workflow data, integrations, and governance layer exist to defend, and it is the thing I watch instead of seat counts. This is my largest position at about 15%, it trades near 18 times next year's earnings after a sharp pullback, and July 22 earnings is where the AI number gets tested.
Sharing how I underwrite it, not advice for anyone else.
@YodaStockInvest I chose $NOW because management has given a clear path to 2030. Meta may outperform but I prefer to buy a company that has given a clear direction for the next couple of years. Meta is really undervalued though!
@InvestNorthwise@JFergistheman I was a skeptic until I sat down and did the research. Spent a lot of time addressing the bull arguments and also mapped out how $NOW becomes the governance layer for agentic ai in corporate America. Would love to hear your opinions!

$NBIS JUST IN : New Northwise Model projects Nebius ~$70B in revenue in 2030 🔥
A 2030 PRICE TARGET Extrapolation:
Using Northwise’s model assumptions with their estimated 339M shares outstanding (their base case) and MY OWN 10X revenue multiple applied to their $70B rev projection for 2030, I would arrive at a rough valuation of $700B with a 2030 Price Target of ~$2,065 a share 🔥🔥🔥
FinX lost their interest in $KRKNF $PNG.V and I suspect it will suddenly return soon after the stock is higher
Kraken Robotics is in the best spot they have ever been fundamentally, yet the stock and ticker on X feel like they have been forgotten
The Covelya acquisition was amazing and is closing in July
Institutions bought the offering at CAD $8.50 and the stock trades around $7.50 now?
We can literally buy cheaper than the big guys here.
The situation in Iran and the Strait of Hormuz being mined is also incredibly bullish for Kraken Robotics. Even if the war is finally over (fortunately!), it shouldn't be a surprise for anyone that this will generate a HUGE increase in demand for subsea technology in the defense area.
First of all, the Strait has to be demined. A Remus UUV with Kraken technology inside of it is actually going there to assist as we speak.
It's nearly impossible to call the bottom on a stock, but I am *very* confident that now is a great time to buy some $KRKNF / $PNG.V
@NotA_Bull $NOW. IMO a lot of the other comments are mentioning companies that are directionally lost. I’m betting on the company that has publicly mapped out their path to thrive in agentic ai.
@YodaStockInvest@woodbat_ Thank you so much for taking the time! I enjoy letting others read it to see if my thought process is logical- 3rd biggest position now.
