@Xfinity I am experiencing an issue as a customer that should have resolved . Now comcas T wants to chrg me an early term fee because they can't figure out how to split a how into 2 units for separate service, that's bad service..UNFAIR

@comcastcares Comcast doesn't care. Doesn't take a month 2 split a hse. into 2 units 4 service, there r already units like it in the neighborhood. Then u want to charge me an early term fee because Comcast can't figure it out! Bad service!!

@VZUpToSpeed @Yahoo @InTheKnow @HuffPost It's difficult to get a service. I've been trying to get service upgraded to no avail . Chat for internet doesn't work, it doesn't allow me to create online log in to upgrade and I have up holding on after 1\2 hour. It shouldn't take all of this to upgrade internet service.
