There have been just too many such successful appeals. I have lost all faith in the family justice system to protect victims of domestic abuse. https://t.co/wbcYe2J8ka For no stated reason, the judge who made these terrible decisions on contact is not named in the appeal ruling.

Another fight back win today , CICA claim rejected , out of time frame abused as child & waited 2 long 2 claim, evidence of abuse only came 2 light in 2019 (remember no abuse in Rotherham until reports came out) CICA claim submitted in 2019, turned down, appealed we lost …. Let’s take it it to court 👏 fully upheld today with judge stating contact and updates to victim was appalling
