@ClaudiaDoherty @Outlook @Microsoft My friend having same issues but it won’t let her verify thru mobile number so she is struggling. It’s just annoying when they say there’s no issues. Yet a lot of people have problems still

@ClaudiaDoherty @Outlook @Microsoft That’s how I’ve eventually done it and then changed the password so I could get on the phone. Outlook no help with the DM’s. They say there was no issue but now say there is an issue with the verification part.
