It would fix so much if they simplified the designs to something Hanna-Barbera-eqsue. It would work better with the animation style and since most of the missing episodes are from the 60s, it would fit right in.

I think the reason why the animated recreations look so janky is bc the character designs are too detailed for the puppet animation style they use so it looks uncanny.
