Earlier today, I was chatting with a portfolio manager about the recent red numbers on the local markets.

He says he thinks of it like this, you walking in the mall and see a store is having a sale on swimming trunks. You don't need a new pair BUT they are on a super sale, so why not buy another pair.

So yes, the markets are down, but the companies are solid. Now is the time to add some cash, into the markets, in his opinion.

Make sure this is part of your plan and be sure to ignore the negative noise.
