@Debenhams I’ve received confirmation a refund being processed 1/11/2025 but still no sign of it…….any guesses where it might as @PayPalUK are unable to help as I cancelled my dispute because of said refund being processed!

@marksandspencer I’ve got an order saying ready for collection, I went to collect yesterday but was told click and collect not available, so my parcel is sat in my local store and I’m £60 out of pocket!! I have another order waiting to be dispatched (this is a present) that’s another £30!!
