@VodafoneUK now over an hour to be told we can't get broadband in our new house! Call operator is also refusing to escalate the call. Appalled!

@VodafoneUK sat on a call for 40mins waiting to find out why our broadband isn't going to be installed today after ordering it 2 weeks ago! Took 25 mins to actually admit the engineer wasn't coming out. All after having our contract amount increased just because we moved house!!
