@helpatgeorge_xt I've contacted the George helpline this morning. Order has been cancelled apparently as its over 5 days since it should have been delivered so just waiting fir my refund. Advised just to reorder if I still want the items.

@virginmedia Thanks for responding. My parents now have TV and BB but had no choice but to switch to a new account that they were informed was going to be null and cancelled when they spoke to a manager at Virgin back in March after being talked into a 'deal' at his local 02 shop in Feb.
@virginmedia farcical customer service delivered to my elderly father this evening. He was going round in circles being passed from pillar to post for ages being asked repeated questions each time all because someone from your end misinformed him last month and now, no sevice ๐ก
@bmstores Visited the Hunts Cross store looking for items from the daisy range. Staff went above and beyond trying to help me find items โeven remembered me from earlier in the week. Didnโt get names, but they deserve recognition for their kindness and effort. Great team!
@ConsiderThis19@HP Don't sign up for this! Just get your ink yourself, its a rip off. They have control of your printer. I cancelled my subscription last month as I use very little ink and hadn't had anything from them anyway and put my own HP cartridges in but they have disabled the printer!
@kellysummexco@BootsUK Yes me a few years ago I had ยฃ70 odd worth of points spent in another City and when I contacted @Boots I was told they couldn't do anything about it as it wasn't holding any monetary value!!! If thats the case how can we exchange them for goods? I just had to get a new card ๐
@IWOOT_CS hi I've sent several messages ref to a couple of items ordered on 15th Dec 25 that didn't arrive for Christmas. I've been informed, after asking that they will be cancelled but I've still not received any refund ๐ can you help nudge this please?
The breaking system is awful. I just don't think ill feel 100% feel safe in it anymore, or trust it after my experience this week. Im just waiting for the accident repair centre to pick it up. So so dissapointed ๐
@renault_uk came back to Renault after years with Audi with my Rafale etech Alpine. Looks fab but has to be the worst handling vehicle I've known in the bad weather with driving assist cutting out and the handling on slippy roads has just cost me my first fault claim in 20 yrs!!!
@qvcuk just a query, placed an order for 4 items. Only 2 different things as ordered 2 of each one. Is it usual to be charged nearly ยฃ5 p&p for each item even though its all on one order? Surely they won't be delivered individually? Made the order so much more expensive ๐ฉ

@InPostUK what is going on with Yodel. Never had an issue until my last 2 deliveries . Paid ยฃ5.50 for a specific dlivery date on 5th Nov and still waiting. Ive attavhed the tracking so far which is a joke. It took a week last time and my item was left out on the main road!
