I think he is a danger to society. I hope the judge shows him how unacceptable this is by using the maximum sentence available of 5 years in prison. If this prolonged suffering of a tiny puppy does not warrant it, what does?
@RishiSunak and @Conservatives need to change legislation to protect pets. We can no longer trust people to care for pets and be kind.
