Not only this, I was told my multiple @SkyMobileCorp agents that I had a ‘debt block’ on my account, when I have zero debt with sky. Using that language during a cost of living crisis is in excuseable.

So I contacted @SkyMobileCorp regarding a potential breach of personal data on Wednesday which was escalated as a formal complaint. The call back on thurs and fri was cancelled with no contact and was told 100% would have a call today. Guess what? @ICOnews it is then!
