When you’re always “on,” there’s a good chance your nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight mode.
When you rush through every task and constantly chase the next thing, you're not just busy—you're living in a state of panic.
Move slower.
Take days off.
Breathe deeply—slow, intentional breaths.
Calm your body.
Soothe your mind.
That's how you actually get more done—with clarity, energy, and presence.
@DallasLunz Fear is the most powerful (and cruel) reason why so many of our dreams never become the reality. Only if we would realize that in most cases fear is just an illusion
@itscristabraun I also like to open windows when it rains outside, especially in summer. The air seems to have different smell when it's raining and the sound of the rain is actually calming when we pay attention to it
@thedanielaros From my experience, walking away has nothing to do with giving up. Often it takes much more strenght and courage to do walk away from something.
