Most people start the day too late and spend the rest of it playing catch-up. By noon they're already behind. By evening there's no time left to train.
That's not a discipline problem. It's a timing problem.
When you wake up late, the day starts making decisions for you. Emails. Messages. Meetings. Other people's priorities fill the gap before yours get a look in.
By the time you come up for air, the only thing left is whatever energy and time are left over. And training rarely survives on leftovers.
Waking up early flips that.
The first hour of the day is the only one nobody else has claimed. No notifications. No requests. No one needing anything from you. It's yours, and you decide what goes in it.
Put training there and it's done before the day can get in the way. You can't skip a session that already happened.
The benefits stack from there. You start the day with a win. You're not carrying guilt about the workout you'll "probably do later."
Your food choices tend to be better because you've already made one good decision. You're calmer because you're ahead instead of behind.
Early mornings won't fix everything.
But they take away the biggest excuse: "I didn't have time."
You do!
You just have to get to it before the day does.
@blessings_soul Airports strip away context. Nobody knows your job or your story, so people read each other from clothes and body language alone. Add the fast walking, the sunglasses indoors, and a phone glued to the ear, and everyone looks either important or on the run 😂
Agreed. Most chronic disease is diet and lifestyle driven, and a plate like this is the opposite of what's filling most shopping trolleys.
Medicine saves lives, but a lot of the demand for it could be prevented.
A child who makes mistakes needs guidance, not a permanent label that defines their identity.
Correct the behavior without convincing the child that they are a bad person.
