Stargate isn't saved if Martin Gero is gone, and we're left with a reboot nobody asked for.

Stargate fans know disappointment. Revolution (third SG-1 movie) never happened. Extinction (SGA movie) never happened. SGU never continued. Brad Wright's 2020 series died after COVID delays & the Amazon/MGM deal. Then Gero's series was canceled. But we won't quit! #SaveStargate

So now @PrimeVideo hates Stargate fans so much they are removing all the Stargate movies from Prime???? What is happening?? #SaveStargate #FireFetter @BaronDestructo @martingero @AmazonMGMStudio

#StargateUniverse was an amazing moment in #Stargate TV history... to which I watched every first-run episode when it aired. It even featured other Stargate series cast appearances!

Every single actor on that show brought something remarkable, complex, unique and special. Did I have a favorite? "All of them."

Which is why I sincerely hope @Amazon will take major steps to re-greenlight Martin Gero as Showrunner of his #Stargate continuation series.

There is much love for these #Stargate series of old--and a true need to revisit what was, as Gero introduces us to what is and what will be in the ongoing Stargate franchise.

David Blue, thank you for a memorable role. Thank you for sharing with all of us. #SaveStargate is INDEED important to all of us, across every series, every actor, every production and crew member. It's time for Mr. Gero to get back to showrunning his Stargate continuation show.

Destiny awaits.

Please and thank you.

In memory of a great actor.

Keeping the Stargate lore for the new series is also a tribute to the actors who have unfortunately left us and thus continuing to keep them alive within this universe that we all love.

Happy anniversary to Stargate Atlantis!

On 16 July 2004, we stepped through the Gate to the Pegasus Galaxy for the first time, and millions of fans found a new home.

22 years later, that passion is still alive.

@AmazonMGMStudio @PrimeVideo, it’s time to open the Gate again!

Hey, @AmazonMGMStudio, check it out. A 30 year old show is trending. I’m thinking that qualifies as “broad appeal”.

The Gate connected worlds.
Somehow, it connected people too.
Years later, we're still here. Still hopeful. Still united. Still fighting for the future Stargate deserves.

Dear @AmazonMGMStudio ,

It's okay to admit you made a mistake.

We know you thought that, after 15 years, Stargate had no active fans. But we've proven you wrong.

Thousands of us are waiting for the next chapter.

Do the right thing.
