New Modern homes in Melbourne, Victoria.
Indian builders are building & selling these disasters to unknowing victims.
They are signed off by Indian building inspectors.
I have toured some of these homes & a friend & others I know have sadly purchased homes like this & they have had nothing but constant issues.
When they finally come out to repair issues, they only make the problems worse.
I’ve never seen anything like it.
There are entire estates of these nasty, 3rd world builds.
Buyers beware.
We used to have standards in Australia.
Something has to be done NOW.
@strangerous10 This is madness...for 130k Jews in Australia & a handful will hold sway on who comes here or not!
BS @AlboMP this is Australia not an Israeli outpost!
Disturbing. Head of Immigration Clare Sharp reveals Home Affairs is enforcing Antisemitism envoy Segal’s “IHRA definition” training on visa officers handling character approvals.
Instead of broad anti-racism training, they‘re building a regime of ideological IHRA gatekeepers?
My heart absolutely breaks for @KirralieS, who lost her NSW Supreme court appeal to overturn an absurd decision of vilification + a $95,000 fine for bringing attention to men in women’s sport.
Women in the league Kirralie was bringing attention to are now speaking out about the men in their women’s league. They don’t want them there.
Men who claim to be women are not oppressed or marginalized. They are using ideologically captured institutions to have power over women & punish any who step out of line by saying “no”.
$95,000 later, you’ll still be men. Deal with it.
@KirralieS Ordering you to post on your social media is an outrageous overreach. The courts don't order Murderers or Pedophiles to post about their conviction and apologise to their victims. What's the difference here? It seems like some type of humiliation ritual. Scarlett letter vibes.
Two swimming pools, 9 tennis courts que?
On top of $100m from wealthy private donors, state and fed govts tip in $86m in public grants for Hakoah Club.
@Lochinvar001 on this ... and the other Australia too

If lots of people donate a small amount it will soon add up to $95K. Let’s all make sure @KirralieS doesn’t have to pay a cent of her own money to these litigious men.
🚨🇺🇸 TODAY: Female Andrew Tate haters are going VIRAL on TikTok for defending him after they watched his 3 hour podcast 💀
“Andrew’s first accuser was paid $30,000 by an NGO called La Strada and she flew to Romania shortly after where she makes her allegations” ‼️
On Monday a 15-year old Melbourne school boy was stabbed by a machete-wielding gang, of ‘Middle Eastern appearance’ who yelled ‘a fear inducing war cry’
But the media is too corrupt to mention both those things at once, in case we come to the most obvious conclusion 🤪
A college student just killed the biggest advantage politicians have ever had. The gap between the lie and the fact-check.
He built a Chrome extension called InTruth. It listens to any live speech, debate, or interview.
Transcribes every word. And checks every claim against real sources in real time. Before the speaker even finishes the sentence.
It works on debates. Press conferences. Town halls. Interviews. Anything with someone talking on video. The fact-check shows up on your screen while they're still talking.
Until now, fact-checking happened hours or days later. By then the clip has been shared, the headline has been written, and the damage is done. Nobody reads the correction.
InTruth closes that gap to seconds. The claim and the fact-check exist in the same moment.
A college student, a Chrome extension, and an AI model just did what entire newsrooms couldn't figure out for decades.

Chimps and bonobos use physical touch to resolve conflicts and offer comfort in times of distress. A new study suggests the apes also use cuddles to prevent conflicts, not just resolve them.

A women's rights campaigner in Australia found guilty of "vilifying" two trans-identified males has lost her appeal.
