And the only way @TMobile is getting SOMEWHAT close to what I was quoted and sold, is if I drop down to a lesser data plan and lose a line. I should have never left @Verizon ! What a cluster. Do yourself a favor and don't fall for Tmobile's predatory sales tactics! @MikeSievert

@TMobileHelp Still hasn't been able to fix it... I was sold a plan and told a price that they can't give me and now they are saying it will be NEXT month where they can get close, even though only 3 days into this billing cycle. #baitandswitch #fraudulent @MikeSievert

Switched from Verizon to @TMobile 1 month ago. Worst decision ever! Porting 7 phones, 4 watches, 1 ipad - total disaster. I've spent HOURS on the phone & in store to get a resolution but they still can't do it. Monthly bill is $155 more than quoted. What a SCAM! @MikeSievert
