@EastMidRailway Yeah the staff at St Pancras made me as they said I needed a ticket for that train so they could scan it and I could get through- bcoz they scanned it I can’t get it refunded on the Trainline

My @LNER ticket was valid and should’ve been accepted but now I can’t get a refund via @thetrainline because it was scanned at st pancreas- need this refunded as I was misinformed by EMR staff.
